Description
These are repurposed modifed set screw mounted A2 front sights. They are made to order so there will be a lead time of 2-3 business days for shipping.
There are 5 set screws. 2 on each side that are under the outer curve of the barrel. These will prevent the sight from rotating on the barrel. The other set screw is under where the sling ring mounts.
A new roll pin is included for mounting the sling ring instead of using a rivet for it.
Once the sight is mounted in the correct spot desired and after verifying proper gas flow andproper cycling, it is recommended to remove each set screw one at a time and add a dab of RED loctite to it. Then install the sling ring.
